I heard about that in Europe. I doubt if I could make much sense of it here any better. Sounds like Arguello suffered from depression. Gatti? Well, he probably liked to fool around with women,but the one he was married to delivered the final knockout blow.

Everyone in that joint had one too many,including me. But I'll say this,that beer is free of chemicals and not pasturized so it's fresh. I didn't have a hangover the next day.

It's hard to believe that Arguello would do that. Not knowing him personally I guess I really don't know. Gatti? Apparently he loved the strip bars, married a stripper, was a jealous man and didn't hide the kitchen knives and purse straps. Hard to believe that someone like Gatti could have been such a fighter only to be taken out by a 23 year old woman.

2009 World Boxing Hall of Fame Banquet Program . . .

There is no question that this year's World Boxing Hall of Fame program will be the best in years.
This edition will be the first in many years to include an accurate, complete, and fully updated "Honor Roll".
The honor roll lists every inductee, in every catagory.
Believe it or not, somehow during the last 30years, inductees names have been lost, overlooked, not listed, etc.

How hard is it to keep track of the handful of inductees that are included each year?
Last years program listed a total of 382 Inductees in all catagories.
We will add a total of ten more "new" inductees this year in the "boxer", "expanded" and "posthumous" catagories.
We will also add another 22 names of past inductees who's names were lost over the years.
With a little help from a couple L.A. boxing legends, I was able to dig up the missing bodies, and now there back home where they belong.
Names such as Charley Goldman, Jimmy Lennon, Jake Shagrue, Al Silvani, Harry Kabakoff, Teddy Hayes and "Newsboy" Joe Gavras.
These names were from the "expanded" catagory. There are more in the boxer and posthumous catagories.

Unlike previous years, the entire contents of the program will be closely edited with regard to spelling, punctuation, accurate info.
And unlike previous years, we have an true boxing artist who will design our cover, Roger Esty.
These publications are archived, a representation of history.
This year, and from here on, that history will be accurate. The cover will make a statement. The program something to be proud of.
