I’m worried that the weight cut kills Eubank. If Benn Kray JR pulls off a stoppage he will think he’s the second coming of Earnie Shavers.

I cannot see Benn beating Jr. I'll happily pay £100 towards his retirement fund.
And the rematch?

If it’s a conclusive KO. Surely the rematch can be voided. I know some might bring CEJ v Liam as an argument against this. Big difference though is that fight was two fighters who have both fought at World level. One in this case hasn’t even fought for a domestic belt.

This could be a one sided beatdown. Or as many on here might think: CEj is too old and Benn has his number.

I just don’t see it. I’ve warmed up to Eubank Jr over the past few years. Hope he confirms the form, franks it and moves onto someone else.

I can’t see Eubank losing, I think the natural extra weight will be too much for Benn who can only really try and power his way forward. Eubank will pick him off I think. I’m sure I read the rehydration limit is 170 so Eubank shouldn’t be drained.

He's made 160 for his last four fights, so why the concern?

I think people are concerned because they don't know whether the Beefy beatdown was due to Junior being affected by having to make 157 previously or was it symptomatic of a diminished ability to take a shot.

Does a non juiced up Conor punch any harder than Beefy ?

Would you be suprised if he gave the juice another go , got a win and retired , claiming to be the best ever

I think he's entitled enough and daft enough to do it again but I think Eddie will leave him in no doubt that he's in the last chance saloon to earn a big payday and if they don't get the fight over the line this time they never will

He’s been heavier most of his career and I think he’s looked dead the last few fights. I hope I’m wrong

I have a feeling his punch resistance is gone. We shall see. If Benn sparks him there will always be the mark against his name.

I get that, maybe, but Benn’s power wasn’t all that v
Orozco or Dobson eh? Maybe Uncle Bens Egg Fried Rice wasn’t on the camp’s menu?
For me Jr’s fundamentals wins this and once established proceed to a mid round shellacking/stoppage.
Mind you. We in “Benn’s town”. So who knows. Garcia obvs sh1tting his bricks after the other night. Beyond embarrassing 2 druggies having words.
Maybe one of the governing bodies could design an “any drug goes” belt. Then I wouldn’t shed a tear.

Definitely agree, but if Eubank throws a three uppercut combination like he did last time out, he's gonna get hurt.

eubank has boxed at middle the last 5 years, and most of his career before that, if he takes it seriously weight should be okay

i think benn's side budging on the weight , compared to the 155 or whatever last time, is cuz they are more eager to cash out now after his previous career trouble

100%. He won’t do that again but to be fair he was exposed by Beefy, a World Class Operator.

I just want this Benn farce to be over. Sorry guys
Calling out the following:
Brook. Could you imagine prime Kell v Conor? Scary
Khan (I think) ditto
Boots. Need a crash helmet pal
Barrios. Armour needed
Garcia (in my tahn!) embarrassing
Bud (course not. That would be stupid)

CEJ needs to end this now!

So many domestic welters out there who are doing the grind. May Conor should call them out.

Benn doesn’t care about being the best. He’s in it for money. Which is fair. Beating up fringe contenders whilst on the juice doesn’t cut it. Should get in with Jake Paul and KSI. Thats the level I’m afraid.

A bit like the so called hard man in any town who will bully others until someone bigger and harder turns up and he doesnt want any of it .
Junior fought BJS and Groves, he was very much the underdog against BJS and naturally a smaller man than George
and after that he realised his level

Don't bet on it. The Saudi gravy train is just beginning. They aim to corner the sports market, not just boxing.

I genuinely can't remember the last time a fighter was as disliked as Benn. He seemingly has zero redeeming qualities. Eubank Sr divided opinion, but I can't think of a single person who is a fan of Benn. It's remarkable how he's managed to alienate so many people.
