Our prime minister made a public apology, they've claimed there land back, shit i can't even visit 1 of the natural wonders of the world without paying to see it. They get higher pay for sitting on there ass and being an embarresment to there race, begging for a $1 on street corners.
Back to Mundine, when is he going to stop offending his white mother, who raised him! Is he now back to impersonating Hopkins, will he wear a bandaner over his face again? LOLLLLLLLLLL

Sad a fight between 2 indigenous people from the same country would have one resort to the lowest possible act playing the racist card.Giancarlo wrote:If you like, mate.TrainInsane wrote: You are referring to Choc and his racist comments about Geale's family here aren't you

In my opinion, he's just selling the PPV. He knows the more ridiculous his comments are, the more likely the red necks are to stump up 50 bucks to see him thrashed.TrainInsane wrote:Sad a fight between 2 indigenous people from the same country would have one resort to the lowest possible act playing the racist card.Giancarlo wrote:If you like, mate.TrainInsane wrote: You are referring to Choc and his racist comments about Geale's family here aren't you

What do you reckon Dawg's excuse is though?
Re: Geale v Mundane 2
You now, i'll be stumping up with 50 bucks for the fight. The thing is You can dislike Mundine as I do and not be racist. However I admire Anthony as an elite sportsman, I hate the fact you can't have an adult discussion about him without someone calling someone a racist. I am barracking for Geale but if Anthony wins, and there is a chance of that believe me, all will be forgiven if he takes on his mandatory and then a top three middleweight, then a lot of the critisism will dissappear up in smoke.

Choc is now desperate to be appreciated and respected. Telling anyone who will listen that in real life he is a different person and stuff. But he is destined to be remembered for all the wrong reasons, if at all.Giancarlo wrote:In my opinion, he's just selling the PPV. What you said is stereotyping a whole race of people. I grew up with Aboriginals & pretty all the Aboriginals I know work, about the begging in the street you only have to go to Central station here in Sydney & you get all types people biting you for money, as for having to pay to see one the seven wonders of the world nothing comes free in this day & age, & what land have they claimed back?Hounddawg wrote:Mark pawsey wrote:Mate you have just shown your true red neck colours by this comment.Hounddawg wrote:Ok, i'm well versed on the history of English occupation in this country, at what point do the current day Aboriginals stop crying about what happened 50 years ago.

Press conference was as expected I guess.
I think it is going to be tight but I really hope Daniel can make a statement with a dominant win. I would love to see him win every round...

I grew up in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge take over. My sister, adopted Cambodian, and I then finished most of it off on the Gold Coast, red neck wonderland. This is how I learned how to fight and learned all about racism. There are no races, only weak, insecure fvcks that either sprout it or preach it and hide behind it.
It is very disappointing to hear this from Mundine and sad to see people on here resort to this bullshit, there are no races, we are all human.
If it is an issue, one must look for who made it the issue.

Re: Geale v Mundane 2
There is a lot of ignorance in the media about what Geale and Mundine are fighting for.
In today's SMH Brad Walter said their last fight was also for the IBF title. Oh dear! One letter can make a helluva difference Brad!

I agree with most of your sentiments, however I would definatley say that there is such a thing as 'race' . It is sad to hear what Mundine said about Geale and beetson, and if I were an aboriginal I would be fornicating furious. Mundine seems to bring the worst out of blacks and whites in this country, I remember being at a club watching a fight of his and some fat drunken redneck was yelling out some pretty horrible stuff, looking back I'm kind of ashamed that I didn't say anything to him, and that footage of the face off yesterday that Mundine supporter was saying some pretty terrible stuff as well. Were does he get off calling Geale a half cast or coconut or whatever when Mundine is probably not even half himself, anyway, that's my rant for the day, I'm just hoping for a good fight and a Geale victorydberry wrote:I grew up in Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge take over. Re: Geale v Mundane 2
It is considered an insult to call somebody a "part Aboriginal." Very few people in the eastern states could claim to be 100% Aboriginal. One old Aboriginal I spoke to years ago told me he was more Irish than anything else but with his facial features he could claim to be nothing but Aboriginal, not that it worried him.
Mundine's rant about Tasmanian Aboriginals being wiped out came from when Truganini died. Truganini was allegedly the last "full blooded" Aboriginal in Tasmania, but there were many Tasmanian Aboriginals who had interbred with Europeans, as did most surviving mainland Aboriginals. Mundine sometimes comes on like his father's old mate Ron ("Won") Casey.

Anyway, I have no problem with Mundine being proud of his aboriginal heritage, he should be. And it shouldn't be an insult to call someone part. I remember my dad showing me some photos of some aboriginal children he took when he went fishing in the northern territory, they definatley looked 100% aboriginal, if not very close to it.

Northern Territory is not an eastern state. If you don't think part Aboriginal is an insult, take it up with the Aboriginals.thunderfromdownunder wrote:I got a good mate who is half Irish and half aboriginal as well, top bloke.Brute wrote:It is considered an insult to call somebody a "part Aboriginal." Who is it supposed to be an insult to, aboriginals or whites?
Re: Geale v Mundane 2
I think it is fair to say everyone has voiced their opinion on the race matter....
Houndawg - are you living in the logan/woodbridge area? If so, I hope you are safe from any flood damage mate.

Re: Geale v Mundane 2
Geale looked really good, weighing slightly more than choc. An excellent turnout of supporters with jimmy lennon jnr doing the announcing. Gealey looked slightly more ripped but he really doesnt hav that body shape. Choc started his usual crap...good production though.

Just saw a pic, Geale looks more ripped than usual. IMO Mundine has never looked that great below 168 so judging by the pic I saw he looks as expected
