He pulled out of the charr fight for the fight with tyson which was mega money and he pulled out of the first wlad fight because setanta folded the week of the fight so he wouldnt have been aired on uk tv and he wouldnt have been paid the uk tv money he couldnt say that because he would have been in breach of contract. He has no reason to pull this fight unless vitali has offered a fight this year unless you want to believe fury is a world class destroyer that haye bottled it against which is clearly not the case. Don't know the guy but don't like him from the quote above...Chris Farnell, a sports lawyer who represents Fury, told BBC Sport: "There are serious doubts as to whether Haye actually wanted this fight with Tyson or not.
"Haye has said his injury was caused by sparring. Well, I'm not sure how many professional boxers so close to a fight spar so heavily.
"He's sustained this huge cut on his eye. So he didn't have a headguard on? Or if he did have one on, how did he get caught with such a big punch?

Many boxers spar up until a week before a fight and headguards do not prevent all cuts, especially if they're not 'full-face' ones which can hinder peripheral vision to an extent. Thing is, boxers know all this. I don't imagine many are sitting around saying, "Haye, what an idiot!" It could happen to anyone and, unlike other times when Haye has withdrawn from fights, this is the biggest money fight out there for him.
