Was the stoppage the back of the head?
He couldn't have done much more mate. Nice.palooka wrote:Quigg KO in 2nd round, big one punch finish
Why wouldn't the PPV lose money?keithmoonhangover wrote:Haye-Fury PPV would lose money? Give your head a shake. Also, when Fury injured his back, guess what? He pulled out of a fight.
Proved absolutely right. That was awful, just a brutal mismatch!Datsue wrote:A more distressing exemplar of Silva's credentials is that he lasted less than three rounds with Fernando Montiel, at bantamweight. You can only beat who's put in front of you.funtime wrote:just me thats finds it a bit sickening watching Quigg spark this argie fella?
Theres nothing to celebrate in KOing a supremely out of his depth and smaller man.
If you can't work that out for yourself, you ain't worth talking to.Horse wrote:Why wouldn't the PPV lose money?keithmoonhangover wrote:Haye-Fury PPV would lose money? Give your head a shake. Also, when Fury injured his back, guess what? He pulled out of a fight.
Not blaming Quigg.keithmoonhangover wrote:You can only beat who's put in front of you.funtime wrote:just me thats finds it a bit sickening watching Quigg spark this argie fella?

I wanted to support Froch, but I wasn't going to pay for this abomination of an undercard.Ketchel wrote:They lost money tonight. I'm watching a stream.
I agree mate, it was a soft match. There's nowt the matter with celebrating, it's natural.funtime wrote:Not blaming Quigg.keithmoonhangover wrote:You can only beat who's put in front of you.funtime wrote:just me thats finds it a bit sickening watching Quigg spark this argie fella?

but i find it repulsive that that KO is something to be celebrated. He should be doing that against a guy that much smaller, and frankly a level or 2 below.
If Amir fights Crolla next month should we rejoice when he scores a good looking KO?
Desperate stuff.taffytoon wrote:yes you do
The way the commentary team are trying to give the challenger credibility is sad.funtime wrote:Not blaming Quigg.keithmoonhangover wrote:You can only beat who's put in front of you.funtime wrote:just me thats finds it a bit sickening watching Quigg spark this argie fella?

I agree 100% mate. Undercard is sh1te, but I paid for the main event. I'd rather I didn't have to, but I think it's worth it.Ketchel wrote:But Keith this is pay per view. Nothing so far tonight justifies PPV. No more than standard fair that Sky used to serve up with Warren. This is poor even by Matchroom standards.
