Round 5: Very clear 10-9 Maidana. Maidana did about five, maybe six times as much damage as Mayweather did this round, it's literally impossible to score it for Mayweather.

First slower paced round of the fight and I thought Maidana took it, Floyd seems to be struggling to get his range in there...

When Mayweather isn't on the ropes Maidana is actually throwing the jab. It's working very well.

I give the 6th to Mayweather.

Strong 6th for Floyd, finding his range now, maybe the turning point of the fight, but he's still got a way to go before he has Maidana tamed.

Round 6: Somewhat close 10-9 Mayweahter. This round was like a lot of other Mayweather rounds, where Mayweather landed a smaller volume of good punches and got mauled and hit by a much larger volume of partially blocked punches.

I want to point out that I've always thought overhand rights are good to loop over the shoulder of a fighter using the Philly shell / crab style. Maidana has been abusing it, and it's been working.

6th to mayweather, again more affective but outworked
