I didn't read the whole thread, so I don't know all the particulars, but I wind up watching a lot of BN streams. I like their crew a good deal more than Sky. I don't know if I have just become accustomed to them, or if it's because Sky with Watt and whoever else they have on usually seem borderline insane to me.

Barry Jones , Bunce and the rest of the crew seem like reasonable guys and genuine fans of the sport to me. It's great to have on celebrities I guess, but Haye and Froch aren't necessarily very good commentators just because they are/were great fighters, at least in my opinion.

Also, I can't watch Nelson without getting sleepy, but I suppose that's just a flashback to when he was fighting.

Can someone explain why this thread exists??
Untill there is concrete proof that the BN roof is about to come off it's about as worthless as a thread entitied '' sky about to go bust''

Charlie Webster is fvcking great :yay:

Although I am a bit concerned that my phone suggests 'Webster' as soon as I type 'Charlie', perhaps I've mentioned her a few too many times already :o

Great news hadn't seen that

People keep writing allegedly off when the schedule looks a bit quiet but they need to realise they almost always pull something out the bag even if its late

Yesterday allegedly announced a deal with the WSB for 2 years,

There showing the quater finals (from the other week) then the semis and finals live and from the next series on will show everything (not just the British teams).

Also Walters v Marriaga and Bradley v Vargras bills announced.

But its on its last legs yeah? Yeah right

Buglioni v Markham was a cracking bout.

Alverez v Kirkland later was another.

Knocks spots off of SkySports IMO.

B0xNati0n is quality.

I'm glad they added WSB in addition to traditional pro bouts, as there is a lot of entertaining, skilled action in WSB that gets overlooked.

allegedly is the voice of british boxing now, sky sports has lost its mantle, looks tired and output is weak. allegedly just feels more relaxed, like its made for fans by fans.

who would you trust more to know about boxing, bunce or adam smith? i say put them in a ring for three minutes and see who wins, i know who my money would be on.

WSB is higher quality than 80% of pro boxing.

BT letting go of the WSB so easily does not bode well for their interest in boxing.

Ok, but both have been around the game a long time. Smith has a more important job and makes bigger decisions.
