You must be joking. Cotto is by far the better boxer than both, of them and when he gets hit a good shot won't become a deer in the headlights like Quillin did. Vs Lee Cotto would be way too fast in the exchanges . . .Quillin was too fast as well too but way too tentative. After the knockdown he thought he was in a staring contest and not a boxing match.

Yes, Cotto is faster but they are way bigger and more powerful than him. There is a reason why Cotto sits on the title for a year without defending it against top middleweights -- he doesn't like his chances.

Have to agree. Cotto has had a hall of fame career but is not a middleweight. He has fought everyone in his natural classes and really doesn't deserve all the grief for not fighting GGG or other big middles. Quillin and Lee are huge in comparison to Cotto. I would look for the Candelo fight if I was his handlers. Enormous box office and winnable.

I find it scary that some people including Rafael had the fight that wide to Quillin. I had Lee by 1 but a draw was fair enough. Quillin does not look fit at all at MW.
