Doctor would have stopped that anyway that was bad.BigCheese1986 wrote:Great performance from Mitchell but that eye is horrible. He couldn't go on with that.
Looks like his cheekbone's broken.BigCheese1986 wrote:That is up there with Lebedev's injury.
I am sure both would fancy it and I would definitely watch it. Cracking fight.rossij8 wrote:Deserves a rematch

At least he now has a performance in a title fight that he can be proud of. No excuses, he put in a great performance and just came up short against a quality fighter. He still has plenty to offer.black panther wrote:I take my hat off to Mitchell: he boxed out of his skin. Horrible luck with the cuts. I hope he carries on he's got a lot left.
Dunno why but in my head I read that post in Jim Watt's voiceblack panther wrote:BigCheese1986 wrote:I am sure both would fancy it and I would definitely watch it. Cracking fight.rossij8 wrote:Deserves a rematch
Yep really enjoyed that: top class boxing from both men.
I think that's a little harsh with regards to your comment about KM coming up short. Take that vile injury away and he was still in the fight.BigCheese1986 wrote:At least he now has a performance in a title fight that he can be proud of. Burns would have beat this version then and he'd beat him now.Counter-puncher wrote:Bunce just said the Mitchell of tonight would have battered Burns
Probably a poor choice of words. I just mean that if that is the closest he comes to winning a world title he knows he gave it his all and it just wasn't to be on the night. I had him 2 points up going in to the 10th.heisenberg wrote:I think that's a little harsh with regards to your comment about KM coming up short. Why don't you take away all the rounds Linares won while you're at it.heisenberg wrote:I think that's a little harsh with regards to your comment about KM coming up short. That fight was odd, how many had Burns to stop Mitchell?Counter-puncher wrote:Bunce just said the Mitchell of tonight would have battered Burns
