Terrific performance by Campbell. Could be the end for Mathews.

Derry looks finished to me. Campbell wasn't overly impressive again imo.

Agreed plus he should have had a warning for the low shots.

Sore Belly Derry

Finally won a fornicating boxing bet 2.7 on campbell ko.

Luke looked good imo, but naive in clinches but good agression from the outside, onwards and upwards.

Thought Campbell boxed well there - was wondering whether one of Derry's big swings would connect and change things, but realistically he was to slow

Sickening bodyshots from Campbell,Christ knows how Mathews managed to drag himself up after the 1st KD,I thought Luke would win a snoozer on points so credit for getting Derry out of there early, never seen that coming, harsh knockdown in the 3rd for Mathews though, took a bicep in the face

Derry has always been an up and down fighter though, and of course Campbell caught him after Flanagan had already beaten him twice (just like he got Mendez after the latter was iced by Easter). Remember that he was getting clowned by Tommy Coyle for pretty much all their fight too.

wouldn't mind seeing Campbell rematch Mendy next.
Derry vs. Dodd or Cardle next would be fun fights...

I'd like to see Campbell fight Petrov next.....he caught Mendez and Derry at the right time in my opinion and I'd like to see him face someone who doesn't look on the way down. I think this win may flatter him.

Doubt it, Mendy is best avoided unless he is ranked above Campbell , but if he wants to be taken seriously he has to do it and win.

Looking at below, I would think Tatli would be the shout, win that then go for winner of Crolla - Linares. Or go for Mikey Garcia hahaha!

1 .- Dante Jardon (Mexico) INTL Silver
2 .- Mikey Garca (US)
3 .- Denis Shafikov (Russia)
4 .- Edis Tatli (Kosovo/Finland) EBU
5 .- Luke Campbell (GB) COMM/SILVER *CBP/BBB of C
6 .- Masayoshi Nakatani (Japan) OPBF * CBP/JBC
7 .- Petr Petrov (Russia) NABF
8 .- Richard Commey (Ghana)
9 .- Anthony Crolla (GB)
10 .- Yvan Mendy (France)
11 .- Ray Beltran (Mexico)
12 .- Franklin Mamani (Bolivia)
13 .- Hedi Slimani (Tunisia/Belgium) ABU
14 .- Richar Abril (Cuba) * CBP/P
15 .- Marcos Villasana Jr. (Mexico) LATINO *CBP/P

Got to be the Mendy rematch

No excuses , if he can't beat him he isn't near world class.

It's not like he has the new trainer excuse as he has had a few fights under Rubio now

I just want to see Campbell put in with Cardle NEXT for the British title. No excuses anymore either put Campbell in with him or bring O Hara Davies bk down to lightweight and let him fight him.
