Ok VADA. Whats your take on why Riabinsky is not suing them for their halting of the fight? They are the origin of this mess. Wilder didnt drug test Povetkin...

It says on the top of those vids HAHA HAHA HAHA. I ALWAYS MAKE YOU LOOK STUPID. Read at the TOP of those videos, it clearly states why I posted it. You just got knocked out AGAIN.
None of the views on youtube suggest that Riabinsky is right for suing Wilder. Yet you said on your post that now I understand it should be 80 million. You clearly didnt watch those videos.
I thought you listened to youtube videos lol. Like I said theyre interesting views. It tells you what most of the world is thinking.
Fact they got such opinions proves that Povetkin his status is badly hurt thanks to Wilder and his team. That's absolutely ridiculous.
We're talking about an Olympic gold medalist, a (several times in a row) European champion winner, a world champion, in both amateur, as well as pro's. Never failed a test, fighting against the top of the league for many many years now. And now? Some newboy receives a belt and fights a few rank 30 ish guys and openly ruines Povetkin's reputation with the help of a sickload of media? That's just sick. In the past 13 years Povetkin only lost one match more as billionairs like Floyd Mayweather, George Foreman lost more matches as he did and made about 250m with it.
I think the damage Wilder has done to Povetkin his reputation costed Povetkin many many millions. In fact I think a lot more as 50m, possibly 250m+, like Foreman. So a very nice excuse and a pay of of 35m should be a dream for Deontay Wilder, since he should pay much much more just to break even.
Also, you've been proven wrong countless of times, this Povetkin issue is just another example of that. Actually, I don't even need to defend myself in this matter, as you can see on all others their reactions.

I would sue VADA and the WBC if I were Ryabinski... I would sue Victor Conte as well... But it's difficult..
The problem is VADA can say "We never said Povetkin failed a drug test... We said he had Meldonium in 1 of his samples... Then we tested the B Sample and there was a trace of Meldonium in that sample too and we reported that... We never said he failed the test... So VADA's lawyers will be able to cloud that up so much it's hard to prove malicious intent.. So they are not the easiest targets out there.. DiBella and Wilder lied their asses off, made a lot of extremely reckless and vicious public statements about Povetkin, and are easier legal targets...
But I would sue VADA and the WBC because they actually did all the damage... They put out the misleading reports, postponed the fight, and destroyed the promotion... I think it was a mistake not to go after them -- but maybe the Title Fight is more important to Povetkin right now, and he can't alienate VADA and the WBC 1000% until after the fight comes off.

You got some valid points there regarding VADA. Im guessing theres more to it. Ive been researching on the net and nothing. Its like youre not allowed to mess with VADA.
I agree that both Povetkin and Wilder will be stressing over this mess. Maybe Povetkin a bit more as he was put under the spotlight.
Theres talk of Fury going through the same shit but his ones for Nandrolone. Some sports are postponed cos of the weather but now it can be postponed cos of VADA as well, its crazy. The tests need to be an efficient process. Hope we see Tyson vs Klitschko 2 this year but its hard to be confident now.

It was basically Wilder who made a countersuit. Riabinsky said from start of that he was planning to suit them, then Wilder actually did it for the show, and then Riabinsky actually did what he said, like he allways does.

True enough...Ryabinski immediately said when the postponement was announced... "We'll either meet you in the ring or meet you in court"

To find out if its solid information or not, you wait to see if it comes on your nations 6pm TV News. If its not on there, then its bullshit. TV news has a huge organisation and everything has to be solid before it goes on there. Small current affairs like this just isnt trustworthy. Ill be looking for the news tonight to confirm all this.

So why then all Russian athletes take it? Just for the fun?
Plenty of Americans buy nitric oxide / o2 vasodilators from GNC. They think it could give them some benefit, but there's no proof that it does. They aren't overly concerned that taking it is a violation of doping rules, because it's not banned. But suppose suddenly the NYSAC banned nitric oxide and it turned out that it took 6-12 months for all trace amounts down to the nanogram to clear out of your system. You could stop taking it right now, as of the ban, but that wouldn't stop a few nanograms from showing-up on a test. Btw, vasodilators are already scarcely demonstrated to enhance performance, but how much do you think a billionth of a gram enhances your performances? Like seriously, steroids enhance your performance, but how much better do you think you would really be if you injected one / one hundred billionth of one syringe?

The media is legally allowed to lie.
There's no law forcing them to tell the truth to their audience, contrary to what they like to advertise to the gullible ones (like yourself).
Even in cases of life or death.
http://projectcensored.org/11-the-media ... gally-lie/
In February 2003, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News that there is no rule against distorting or falsifying the news in the United States .
the Florida Appeals court claimed that the FCC policy against falsification of the news does not rise to the level of a “law, rule, or regulation,” it was simply a “policy.” Therefore, it is up to the station whether or not it wants to report honestly.

Please provide proof where I have stated (in the post underneath that you are referring too) the media is not allowed to lie. This is important to your arguement that you prove that Ive said 'the media is not allowed to lie...you should believe what they say' or something like that otherwise you have just made yourself look STUPID.
