The difference is Stephen is above British level just not world level and never will be.

Yeah he is distinctly mediocre. The thing is though, 168 I think is pretty mediocre all around these days imo. The fighters might not be as good(I agree they are not) but they'll be very hard pressed not to produce a better tournament.
