People who use race to decide if you're more likely to be a criminal, pro athlete, corporate executive, or graduate at the top of your class, need to start looking at people as individuals and not stats.. Everyone is put here to be somebody unique.. There's no mold you're supposed to fit into because of the accident of your racial mix, national origin, or your individual shade of color.

People grow or they regress as individuals. They change and evolve. You're not the same person you were 20 years ago, 10 years ago, or last year. You may even be very different than the person you were yesterday.. You may have discarded a bad habit you had for many years.. or taken on a positive habit..
