Crawford/Spence is the fight I want to see most in the sport. But the sport is so fucked, I doubt we'll get it.Nondescript wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 01:13I don't think Thurman will fight Spence. I was on delay. Great fight! I had it:
10-8 Pac
10-9 Pac
10-9 Pac
10-9 Pac
10-9 Pac
9-10 Thurman
9-10 Thurman
10-9 Pac
9-10 Thurman
10-9 Pac
9-10 Thurman
9-10 Thurman
115-112 Pac The Great!!
There were close rounds but I think I fair with them. Pac was gassed in the last 1/3, but still managed to win the 10th.
Thurman roughed it out but started waaaay late. Once Upon A Time, true to form, does not drop or stop people in the second half. Also, Pac exposed Thurman’s weak body in the 10th.
That is my one (tiny) criticism of the Pac performance; he should have invested more early to Once Upon A Time’s vulnerable body.
Will Thurman make good on retiring?
I would love to see Pac retire now, holding a welter strap, having taken it from a prime, undefeated champion that neither Crawford or Spence have faced.
ALL HAIL THE GOAT!! ALL HAIL MANNY PAC-MAN PACQUIAO!!!

I can't even describe guys what I felt tonight. I barely was able to watch the fight in real time, but I felt it from the moment the ring walks started. The Stars had spoken. It was Pacquiao's night. He was chosen to be something special to us all, and he is. Behold the glory that is Pacquiao.
I think I'm on Morphine, but maybe it's Ecstasy...either way Pac is the sh*t, and what a night

Yep lol. That's why watching MMA and the UFC in particular is better these days. Although I generally am more entertained by MMA than boxing anyway now.Impractical Poster wrote: ↑21 Jul 2019, 01:21Crawford/Spence is the fight I want to see most in the sport. Too many boxing matches just end up boring as hell.

Seriously that's how grand a night it is man. I'm not even a Pacquiao fan, and even I have to bow to the Majesty. So Pac fans forever take note. Tonight I was on some sh*t and Pacquiao was equal to God incarnate, and I saw it before the fight even started

Re: Round-by-Round: Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman - July 20, 2019
The smaller man. Not in his homeland. Just f*cking better man....just f*cking better. Do you realize what we've seen in this man? Not just tonight, but for a whole career.
Manny F*cking Pacquiao ladies and gentleman.

I was a bit muddled by the scoring? How could anyone watching this fight score it in Thurman's favor?? 116-112 is my "generous to Thurman" score. Pacman was dynamic and significantly, observably, hurt Thurman at least 3 times that I saw.
This was no split decision IMO.

Maybe people will feel it tomorrow. I don't know what's up. I don't know how other's can't feel the magic. I mean I wasn't even trying to feeling it, and I feel it. That's how strong it is ya'll.
Re: Round-by-Round: Manny Pacquiao vs. Keith Thurman - July 20, 2019
You know I’m feeling it, gil. That was magical, historical, phenomenal, and Pacmaniacal.
