true, but another one that could've gone either way or been a draw.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:06beating ruiz toooogiebe wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:06Parker never excited me. Seems his claim to fame was being the first to go the distance with AJ. He's a second rater.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:05 I had it 115-113 Parker..
The app I use. Majority had rd12 10-10 for a 114-114..
Oh...I get your point. He was a big name in NZ and basically the Oceania region though, before the Ruiz fight. Had money behind him. He was marketed as the fastest hands in the heavyweight division.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:09he did beat him though
The judges’ scoring for the Ruiz Jr. fight was deemed so bad that the New Zealand Professional Boxing Association president actually resigned because of it.lazboy wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:15Oh...I get your point. Oh really...terrible. Just from memory, I recall Ruiz Parker being close but clear. Shame about Chisora. Hopefully he can make some money from a rematch, if that happens. Can’t really see much public demand for it though.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:21The judges’ scoring for the Ruiz Jr. fight was deemed so bad that the New Zealand Professional Boxing Association president actually resigned because of it.
He even said, “It’s bulls****, Joseph Parker didn’t win...I scored it 118-111 in favour of Ruiz”.
One of the judges tonight only gave Chisora two rounds from the second round onwards.
I quote the words of the New Zealand Professional Boxing Association president.lazboy wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:25Oh really...terrible. Just from memory, I recall Ruiz Parker being close but clear. I had meant...'Oh really, interesting to hear that. And also, terrible that Parker was awarded that decision.' I remember a closer fight than 118-111 but I felt that Ruiz was the clear winner.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 20:27I quote the words of the New Zealand Professional Boxing Association president.lazboy wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 19:25Oh really...terrible. I'm getting a bit bored of Chisora complaining about being robbed.DrDuke wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 06:25 Sh!t fight.
Sh!t scores.
Parker won clearly, but not spectacularly.
Both didn't show improvements with new coaches.
Chisora worked a lot, but he was so f*cking ineffective. Parker was scoring more. Overall, there was a lot of boring hustling without both of them hurting each other.
Chisora's complaining about the scores and being robbed often was so pathetic. Hopefully Chisora gets KTFOed next. Match him against Dubois.
Parker gotta fight the likes of Wilder, Ortiz, Usyk-Joyce loser.

He should try and get a fight with Wilder next, then he'll get poleaxed and hopefully he'll have nothing to complain about.
IIRC Chisora turned down the opportunity to fight Joyce when Joyce was about 4 and 0. He might be more receptive now that beating Joyce would earn him a lot of respect not to mention money.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 07:09 ya i dont want to see parker-chis 2 right now, i find immediate rematches stale unless the first fight was either highly controversial or some type of atg war
usyk needs to get active and doesnt seem to want to fight joyce. i keep saying it, but get usyk-parker made, both matchroom as well
chisora's kinda tough to match because he's already fought so many guys, and then many of the ones he hasnt are off with pbc or busy with eliminator stuff. i bet joyce would fight him
By 'crybaby' you are referring to Chisora? Oh the irony! Somehow I don't think Delboy fits the criteria for a Wilder comeback opponent. He isn't a PBC fighter and he's very likely to hit him back..DrDuke wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 08:24Syntax Error wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 08:18I'm getting a bit bored of Chisora complaining about being robbed.DrDuke wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 06:25 Sh!t fight.

That's what he is. Clearly lost to Parker and even more clearly to Usyk, after what he was complaining like a girl. But, yes, he won't fight Wilder next because of the promotional issues.candyslim wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 08:35By 'crybaby' you are referring to Chisora? Oh the irony!
