Whyte is more proven, but Walling was better in his major fights. Whyte suffered both his losses by a KO, Wallin went the distance against the Gypsy King. Whyte was troubled in almost any his big win, Parker, Rivas, Helenius, Wach. Wallin comfortably dealt with Breazeale. Whyte is a natural roughhouse, Wallin is more polished. I think, Otto will box his way to a decision win.

Be nice if they could get the euro belt on the main event… Eddie needs to get the cheque book out and pay joe to drop a few of those belts… love big joe but him being stalled out at word title levle is cause king domestic scenes to get stalled out bellow him.
Could get fabio vs Gorman for British and John fish vs some pleb for English on the undercard and just have a cracking card.
Nice card

Dillian Whyte, Otto Wallin Agree To Terms For October 30 Fight At O2 Arena In London
Dillian Whyte will face a younger, fresher heavyweight than expected.
Boxing Scene has learned that Whyte will oppose Otto Wallin on October 30 at O2 Arena in London. The hard-hitting Whyte will defend his WBC interim heavyweight title versus the Swedish southpaw in a main event DAZN will stream.
Promoter Eddie Hearn stated earlier this month that Whyte would likely face American veteran Chris Arreola, a 40-year-old contender who tested former champion Andy Ruiz Jr. in his most recent match May 1 in Carson, California. Once a deal for Whyte-Arreola failed to materialize, however, Hearn and Whyte turned their attention to Wallin, who is most known for giving unbeaten WBC champ Tyson Fury a tougher time than expected two years ago at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The card headlined by Whyte-Wallin probably will be announced later this week.
The 30-year-old Wallin (22-1, 14 KOs) has stopped Travis Kauffman (32-4, 23 KOs, 1 NC) in the fifth round and soundly defeated Dominic Breazeale (20-3, 18 KOs) on points in their 12-rounder since Fury defeated him by unanimous decision in their September 2019 bout at T-Mobile Arena.
The 33-year-old Whyte regained the WBC interim championship in his last fight, a fourth-round stoppage of Alexander Povetkin in their immediate rematch March 27 at Europa Point Sports Complex in Gibraltar. Russia’s Povetkin (36-3-1, 25 KOs) upset the Jamaican-born, London-based Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) in their previous bout, which the former WBA champion won by fifth-round knockout when his left hook knocked Whyte unconscious in August 2020 at Matchroom Boxing’s headquarters in Brentwood, England.
Povetkin overcame two fourth-round knockdowns to beat Whyte that night.
Wallin, meanwhile, could earn himself a shot at more than an interim belt by beating Whyte. The 6-feet-5½, 240-pound Wallin is ranked only by the IBF, at number 12, but a victory over Whyte would move him closer to a rematch against England’s Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) or Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs), if Alabama’s Wilder can defeat Fury in their third WBC heavyweight title fight October 9 at T-Mobile Arena.

Eddie’s now confirmed it on Twitter. Good fight and I would have probably bought it on Sky PPV.
Hopefully they announce a US show for October and maybe one or two more and it will be really good value for the DAZN subs for the month.

Just seen it’s been announced too. Bang average main event but a couple of entertaining looking light fly fights on the undercard.
Throw in Mungia fighting on the 23rd and it’s looking like a good month for DAZN.

Whyte Wallin is a good fight, not sure what undercard is. Liverpool show is very good.
I have no interest in that Mikey Garcia Sandor Martin card.
Not sure what's on the Italy card
Munguia Rosado I may watch the next day
I'll probably keep based on so far

I too would have bought this if it was PPV. Wallin would beat most in the top 10 and I'd only favour Tyson and AJ to beat him with some degree of confidence. I see this fight as a genuine 50-50 and no result would surprise me
Has the undercard been announced yet?

Haven’t seen anything. I would have thought it’d be Babic, Wardley and co.

I must admit I quite like watching Babic, he's not going to be a world champion or even contend one but he is fun to watch. I'm undecided Wardley on how far he can go, I'd be interested in a fight with Gorman because I think he's better than he showed in his fight vs DDD.

Decent fight but I want to see Wallin against other fighters of Whytes level before....think he could be a brave loser even in this b grade. With the cut Fury had, he should have won....I think Whyte would have.
Love to see Wallin vs Rivas to see what Wallin has got

my guess.....wallin boxes tidy early and banks some rounds. but as rounds progress he tires and his output drops. whyte does the rough bullying stuff, and isnt detered since wallin doesnt punch hard, and outworks him and takes most of the second half . wins a competitive but deserved decision

I'm voting Whyte by KO. I think Wallin did okay against Fury because he wasn't really scared of him, with zero pressure of expectations. That's been the profile of everyone who's given Fury a fight so far.

People voting on Wallin by decision, but I'm thinking Wallin is going to stop Whyte late.

People rate wallin and it has me so confused. People are convinced he is a top tallent. Based on what? His career highlights are losing to fury and honestly it wasn’t as competitive as people remember. And a fairly convincing win fornicating breazeal… brez is trash.
Not saying he can’t beat whyte, but I just can’t see any reason to think he is near top 10 levle.

I know what you mean but to me Wallin showed in the Fury fight he can hang with the top 10 of the division, despite the loss you could see he has decent ability and toughness and against Breazeale he showed a lovely jab and straight right hand as well as good movement. I'm not saying he's a threat to the top 2 (AJ & Fury obviously) but he'll give a tough fight to everyone else and would beat a couple rated in the top 10.
