It doesn't matter. What matters is that the rules are enforced fairly. Corruption in favour of the Brit is unacceptable and that's what happened. End of story. if the wba has a 3 kd rule , like their website suggests, that absolutely shouldve been stopped. picking and choosing when to apply it or not will just lead to it being weaponized against the b side boxer

I’m looking on the bright side here. Lerena winning by Dubois quitting from an ankle injury, would have been seriously anti climactic and proof of very little in terms of what Lerena can actually do. At least what we saw in the end was something far more conclusive.
