'A typical day of food for me is a protein option like seabream, salmon or prawns with some carbs like egg noodles, rice, sweet or baked potato. And then obviously veg: broccoli steams, vegetable stir fry. Then some 0% yoghurt with granola. Sometimes an omelette.'
So we have to stomach he's gone from a healthy, balanced-sounding diet to upto 60 eggs a day, which isn't very good for you (and I'm no doctor ...but it obviously isn't!)

The BBBofC are a joke. Is he suspended indefinitely? Banned for a year? Two?
Based on the few cases I know with UKAD, I’d imagine he’d get a ban but probably something like 6 months so will be able to fight.
Canelo had receipts for the meat he claims to have had clenbuterol in and the butcher was then found to have been getting it from somewhere known to pump the cows with it. He still got a 6 month ban and is a much bigger cash cow than Benn.

I'd bet good money on those receipts not being legit. It seems they maybe able to tell the difference between drugs from eggs and drugs from doping.

Here he was only saying 30-34 eggs a week, but I think he must have gone back to the drawing board with that total for the WBC 270 pager. That's not very many - I think I have 18-21 a week as I like scrambled eggs for lunch!

I'm dropping constant trouser coughs after 2 or 3 eggs in a day...gawd knows what that must have been like....maybe his plan was to ko junior with guff power...

What a con job. The WBC haven't even addressed the second sample. It's almost like it never existed.
Benn's team took the best part of 4 months to get any information to the WBC regards the first test and initially where going down the route of laboratory anaylsis contamination. WBC said no chance, Benn's team changed tack to consumption of eggs. WBC said that 'could' and 'may' be right and have accepted that finding. At the same time saving the reputation of vada and supposedly Benn.
A nice result all round it seems.
