Also fancy Browne to beat Towers @ 1/2.
Very happy. Bet more than I probably should have on Coyle.

Now can Groves turn Froch over.........?

There is a huge potential bet out there but odds have yet to be announced.

Sorry mate, I wasn't very clear. There is a fight coming up that has odds yet to be announced that has the potential to be quite an earner.

isnt the 11/5 Vanes to beat Andrade a little big?, the only one likely to get a KO and the only one not likely to get stiffed by the judges, besides Andrade has not really modified his amatuer style and he looks just the type that will get found out in the pro's the moment he steps up.

It's a while since I've seen Vanes and the reason I won't be betting on it but I think those odds are a little wide. The Armenian is a solid all round boxer with an excellent chin. I haven't been overly impressed with Andrade, he isn't busy enough in fights.

Double of Argentina +21 and Samoa +17 for me today. Works out at evens.

That +21 on the Argies had me sweating a little. Just need the Samoans to keep their score close to ours now.

Time to lay a tiny bit so definitely don't lose at 11/4.

Ponce De Leon v Joksan Hernandez - De Leon fight outright

Sergey Rabchenko v Bradley Pryce - Rabchenko in Rnds 1-12 (any method)

Andre Ward v Edwin Rodriguez - Ward in Rnds 1-12 (any method)

Vyacheslav Glasov v Garrett Wilson - Glasov fight outright

Erkan Teper v Martin Rogan - Teper fight outright

Patrick Nielsen v Jose Pinzon - Nielsen fight outright

Brandon Gonzales v Jonathan Nelson - Gonzales fight outright

Jose Felix Jr v Santos Benavides - Felix fight outright

Chris Avalos v Rolly Lunas - Avalos fight outright

James Degale v Dyah Davis - Degale in Rnds 8-12 or Pts

I've picked 10 and gone for a 9 fold accumulator so we can afford to get 1 wrong at odds of 9.18/1.

If you have say £100 and like this weekend bet on the likes of Ward, DeGale and Rabchenko etc. you could make a very steady profit.

Ward by stoppage around 2.5

5 of his last 7 fights I think have gone the distance and one was a 12 th round Ko. Rios has a good chin but is hittable. I still think its a good bet

Just had a fairly large bet on England to retain the Ashes. 8/15 for that to happen and i just can't see the Aussies winning more matches than England. I expect England to win again but it's only 6/5 for that so retaining just seems like easy money

I've went with Froch 1-6, and Pacquiao 7-12, 11/1 with Ladbrokes.

I think Rios is in for a beating, ends up stopped around the 9th round.

Scott Quigg in rounds 1-6
Groves outright
Pacquiao points

£5 returns £195

Interesting bet.. I can't decide if Groves is going to get walked through or if he runs and lasts till the second half. Stylistically, Froch can't ask for a better opponent than this, since Groves isn't a mover, isn't tricky and isn't that tough in the chin department.

I have a ton of accumulators completing with the Froch stoppage now that the Haye fight is off... £5k if Froch does it...

I might put a new couple of bets on involving South Africa to beat France ...and wanted to back Stevenson early but the bookies can't be bothered putting the odds up for that one until three seconds before the fight as usual.

I want to bet on Manny KO but I think it's a wee bit risky, and there are mixed opinions on whether Rios will last it out. I wish more books offered the 'Rounds 10-12 or decision' option.

I've already had a tiny bit on Groves @ 4/1 and will have a fun bet on the Groves stoppage @10/1 just to make watching it more interesting. Can't see any value in betting anything on Froch as the odds are so short. As mentioned in other threads, if your life depended on it Froch, with the value, Groves.

The 10/11 that was available on Froch stoppage with Ladbrokes was great value IMO.

It has moved to 8/11 now across the board, but I would probably price it at 4/7.
