Julius Long would be a good fight for Fury at this stage

I don't mind him fighting bums in his next two fights - I just want them to be 6'2 or over and over 230lbs.

fighting every week is a bit too much, he needs to spend more time in the gym and build his stamina up imo
and i agree he needs to fight a real heavyweight for his next fight, Ingleby will do

Greeley's been matched tough throughout his career. He generally loses on points to prospects or established guys, and beats the journeymen that he fights. This is exactly what Fury needs at this point.
Whether he makes it or not, his first 5 opponents have been far better than what 95% of novice pro's take on in their first 5. Some people are either never satisfied or know nothing about how fighters develop.
I get the feeling that Funso Baby Banjo Nando etc.... would only be happy if his next five were:
James Toney
Eddie Chambers
Chris Arreola
Sam Peter
Both Klitschko brothers at the same time.

think he could do with reasonable domestic fight against decent lads who can bang if needed, Chisora or Gammer over 6 or 8. Can't be easy with so much hype then banging out your first 5 opponents, just hope he doesn't do an Audley

Good opponent at this stage in Tysons career. He needs to learn and get some rounds in, which is likely to happen. I dont want to see this kid rush, there isnt any need. Any fighter is young at 21 but for a HW hes just a baby. His progression needs to be slow so he can learn his trade well enough to later become, hopefully, a good champion. Journeymen as long as they are durable do a great job and Tyson needs people like this for a while longer. If I was his promoter I wouldnt put him in with anyone with a decent record until he has had 15 or so bouts.

Tyson has guts unlike the fighter you mention. Far too soon to be talking about the likes of Gammer and Chisora.

i cant believe people r calling for tyson to fight a former british champ in only his 6th fight.
christ, hes 20. let the kid learn his trade. i would take a risk with him till his 12th fight AT LEAST.
He cant do right for doing wrong.
