Actually maybe he does,
Quartey is bigger granted but Pac puts more zip in his shots and sits on them more, their faster and more powerpunch when someone like Hatton lets him swing from the rafters. DLH was easier to hit against Quartey, against Pacman he didnt leave his chin out to dry like a certain Mancunian. Not ko'ing someone doesn't mean you can't bang it means you couldnt smash them with your money shot
