He'll catch Froch every single time he loads. He's got better timing than Taylor, he's tougher than Taylor and, other than the Andrade fight, he has no issues with stamina. His sudden collapse against Andrade was simply I honestly think people haven't seen Froch fighting if they really think he'll beat Bute or Kessler.
judging by the andrade fight, bute isn't that much tougher than taylor
bute is skilled but was very lucky v andrade and he took 12 rds to beat tatevosyan! even in a worst case scenario, froch could still score a late KO. it's not like bute was hammering andrade with power shots - he was moving away cautiously all the way.
because of how Andrade fights - which Froch can't achieve.
froch has already achieved more in 2 fights, than andrade will do over his entire career. regardless of style.
Froch v Bute prediction - Froch will eat him!

I'd like to see it in the UK... But I find it very unlikely that Bute would agree to fight Froch on his hometurf...
Also, Froch would be foolish to fight Bute at Bute's hometurf...
The lad doesn't have to make it un=necessarily more difficult for himself...

Frochs people are in the drivers seat in regards to where the fights stagged, he's the US star at this point
after taking out taylor. the last thing the Americans remember is Bute getting KTFO , the money goes to the star.
Bute is a much easyer fight than Taylor.

Froch is a much bigger star World Wide, who has Bute faced?
Fact... he lost to Andrade and his next fight at the Bell center only sold 3900 tickets.
Interbox gives tons of tickets away to the Cage Aux Sport Restaurants,
hahahah what a load of bullshit.

That said , it will be a massive fight on Quebec PPV .
I would say it could do 50,000 PPV buys (That is lots in Canadian standards?)
Bute's fights have been available across Canada live on several occasions. Both on PPV and on free tv.
Again, it shows that you are clueless.

I guess you missed the 4 rounds destruction of Zuniga live on Showtime.

As far has the Froch-Bute fight is concern.
Bute is also in talk with Team Andrade for a rematch on September 25th.
So nothing is set in stone yet.

Zuniga lol Big Deal and by the way it was on a Shobox card, so the vast majority of Americans remember Andrade getting ripped off.
Bute is going to get his ass handed to him. Froch hits way way harder than Andrande. I bet Bute finds a way out of this one.

Zuniga was a very credible opponent. But you wouldn't know that since you probably never bother to watched any of his fights.
As far as Bute finding a way out of the Froch fight. Bute has two options on the table. Froch and Andrade. I think both fights would please boxing fans.

I wouldn't go that far. Zuniga was an opponent picked because everyone around Bute new his limitations, he's a decent fighter but lets not get carried away. Bute is hardley ripping through the 168lb scene fighting guys like Zuniga. Zuniga is an acceptable defense for a stay at home fighter, but 'a very credible opponent' is a stretch.

Maxime there are so many quality fights out there at Supermiddle. After Bute's victory over Andrade you could make a list of 10-12 guys at Supermiddle who you'd like Bute to face for his voluntary and Zuniga wouldn't make that list.
Kessler
Bute
Froch
Balszay
Inkin
Pascal (whos just moved up)
Ward
Dirrel (sp)
Bika
Taylor
Andrade
Alan Green
Thats 12 names Id like to see fighting each other and Iv probably missed some good guys out there who can move up from middle. If Carl Froch fights one who is not on that list then feel free to lay into him. I was absolutely gutted when I heard Zuniga was the opponent for Bute, because there are 12 guys at least in the division that would beat him, and yet he is a credible opponent in your eyes. Id love to see what you would have said if Froch had fought Zuniga instead of Taylor.

well if Bute comes to england to fight Froch we can sure stop with all those 'pampered stay-at-home Canadian fighter' insults, eh?

Absolutely. Likewise if he fights one of those names elsewhere in the World (America or Europe.)
Personally I dont think a Froch v Bute fight will happen in the UK, I think it will either be in Canada or neutral ground. Also I expect Bute's next fight will be the one vs Andrade and I expect it to be in Montreal.

i like Bute's style. I have a weakness for tall skillful southpaws. I'm not proud of it, it's just the way I am

Definately he is one of the best in the division.

Brilliant fight for the U.K if it comes off. Tough fight for both guys - if Froch fights like he did in the Taylor fight he'll lose IMO. But I feel he can perform better than that, he said himself he was pretty nervous and it took him a good few rounds to get settled.

you are full of .... bute always sold over 10000 ticket in the last three year, you are talking about the bout between holt and bradley for the 3900 ticket.

I'll give Bute his props if he comes over here to fight. He's given the appearance of being protected and scared to take risks recently, but travelling to fight another champion is obviously worthy of respect.

I think Bute is a class fighter.
He knows though, that his reputation took a hiding against Andrade, especially with the fishy ending.
Personally i'd like him to clear that saga up before fighting Froch, here or over there.

The only problem with what you're saying is Interbox and Bute did not choose Zuniga. Showtime did. They thought he was going to give Bute hell.
They loved how Zuniga destroyed Oganov on Showtime a while ago and they remembered the wars he had with Pavlik and Zertuche.
They didn't plan on Bute destroying him in 4 rounds.

Bingo, Maxime!
At the beginning of the thread, everybody were questionning Montreal fans knowledge of Froch. I'd say after reading it, British fans knowledge of Bute is lower than Montreal fans knowledge of Froch.
Don't worry guys, we very well know Froch and the opposition he can give.
But guys, do not underestimate Bute, cause you might wake up the day after the fitgth very disappointed.

If Bute's handlers had gone to Showtime and said 'we have made a deal with this guy' and that guy was one of the 12 or so big names in the division then they would not have turned around and said 'no we want you to fight Zuniga.' They said to fight Zuniga because Bute's handlers were trying to set up a fight against Mads Larsen who Bute would have dealt with, with ease.
