boxrec ratings i mean world ratings and my opinion is it is a disgrace because he gets kod badly and gets a world title shot prescott kos the next big thing and were is he

mainly cos amir is promoted by warren and we all know about the hatton/warren issues.

warren will want options on hatton as well i expect.

never say never in boxing though.

It doesn't have to be his last fight. He might see it as a nice payday and a relatively easy win.

Why should he care about Warren? If it is a good deal, I don't see why pettiness should get in the way.

would be big over here though, and if khan had a title i'm sure it could be built up

i agree though, that for all khan's apparent high profile, he's not exactly a big star

So what does Khan bring to the table then? If Hatton can bring good ratings, then why does he need to fight Khan. Hatton won't risk his legacy against a young upstart like Khan who has achieved nothing.

I know it seems funny, but Khan has more reach than Pacquiao and is just as quick. I think he'd land almost at will as soon as Hatton gets in range. Roach would coach him on protecting himself against Hatton's danger shots, which Hatton would probably telegraph like he did against Mayweather and Pacquiao.

I could definitely see Hatton winning, but I think Khan would land first and more often, with Hatton hitting gloves/arms if he did land, and I think Hatton's punch resistance has gone.

How laughable. Khan couldn't even put away a shorter, smaller, older, and half blind Barrera, who was bleeding like a stuck pig.

Hatton is on the slide, but I have no doubts he would eat Khan for breakfast at this stage.

Pacquaio is, and always was a crippling puncher, with absolutely amazing punch technique. Watch the way he turns the wrist over when he hooks, it's a thing of beauty - he has absolutely perfect timing and delivery, and is staggeringly accurate with those bombs.

As soon as Hatton gets anywhere near Khan he'll have a sharp, accurate jab in his face, putting him off what he was going to do.

IMO an 80% hatton beats a 100% Khan at the minute. Khan is experienced enough yet to beat Ricky, He wouldnt know what hit him when he starts to get shook up on the inside, similar to the 1st 2 rounds of Hatton Collazo, Collazo didnt have a clue and kept looking around for help, but the difference is Collazo had the experience to adapt to Hattons style and did so incedibally well, Khan doesnt have the power of experience to do this.

Hatton got mullered by Pacquaio and Mayweather - Khan got flattened by Prescott and Limond, shaken up by a shot to pieces Gomez, and even a half blind Barrera had him looking flummoxed when he landed.

Hatton has slipped a bit, but come on, he'd go through Khan like a soft shite on a warm day.
