Either his 2 KO wins over Chacon or his KO 2 victory over Jose Luis Ramirez who would go on to be a Lightweight Champion, and split a pair of bouts with Edwin Rosario, as well as Pernell Whitaker (though his victory over Whitaker was highly questionable)
Dwight Muhammad Qawi

L SD12 Evander Holyfield, he pushed one the greatest 190lbs fighters all the way. I love Qawi.

Ray Mercer's greatest moment has got to be the KO of Tommy Morrison I would think, it's definitely one of his better wins, and the fact that it's one of the most brutal KO's of all time is definitely noteworthy.
Oscar De La Hoya

Beating the still very good Barney Ross for the welter crown is a fantastic achievement.

Zarate's greatest moment has to be his KO 4 victory over Alfonso Zamora who was 29-0 with all 29 wins coming by KO coming into their fight.
Edwin Rosario

EDIT: Ninja'd you bastard!
Ahem. Right:
Rosario's KO of Bramble stands out for me. No-one else did that to Bramble until Livingstone was about a 1000 years old.

With Gonzalez I guess you'd have to say either his 2nd or 3rd fights with Carbajal was his finest hour. I never saw those fights honestly, but I assume they were some of his greatest victories. The first fight was epic, and a credit to both guys for it being so awesome.
