i don't hold it against him - it's the most reliable way for him to make it through a fight unscathed. he was very competent and proved he could control his talent. and he showed a bit of flair as well, paying back kotelnik with good volleyes. how far he has come from the hyperactive overanxious guy of the eg kristjansen fight. khan's not my cup of tea, but he is starting to earn his stage. it seemed preposterous to pay £15 for khan fights but he has raised his game. i need an adamek or abraham to get me seriously excited, but khan does what he does well now - it seems.

the style he used tonight "hit and run" is the only style he can use now that he has become a world champion , he knows , warren knows , roach knows that khan cannot stand infront of any fighter with a decent punch.

his next fight as ordered by the wba should be maidana.....i cant see warren accepting that.

I don't know what's wrong with hit and run. It's a legitimate and often attractive tactic to use. If a boxer had short arms and no hand or foot speed, you would here people saying "he can't box from the outside," would you??

And I don't think k-g was comparing khan to pw, just making the point than other boxers in history have fought successfully with that style.
