Proper journalism (or at least my definition of it) would have mentioned Warren's history in the courts. That would have made it a story, as opposed to a rehashed 'flat earth news' PA release.

If bigger powers than Fwank couldn`t shut down Pirate Bay .. then maybe we will be seeing Fwank losing another court battle
He does seem to be getting too big for his boots - throwing legal threats to anybody who goes against him

Just how is allegedly going to finance the legal action it requires to sue Facebook? Whatever he has should go to Joe Calzaghe, no doubts about it!
