Yes quite, you cannot blame the board, I think they actually did the right thing. If anyone, Hearn is to blame, what was he doing putting forward someone who had been inactive so long?

Unless of course he had assurances from the board that they would sanction it, in which case, they are once again to blame for making such assurances.
