According to the Belfast Telegraph if Rhodes wins this then Warren is lining up a fight with Neil Sinclair. Hopefully this fight will go ahead as planned and the winner could even face Anthony Small at some point in the future.

Bullshit excuse? The same one that Steve Wood used for Quigley not doing one in Liverpool recently. Rhodes won't pull out of this one but Moore might, he's pulled out more times than a Catholic priest, he's the one I'd worry about if I was you. Rhodes, I hear, has even turned down a straight World title fight, for more money to take this one, so fair play to him.

ye where has all this bullshit with Warren come from? It's a Frank Maloney card because Jamie's his fighter and Ryan Rhodes was/is promoted by Hayemaker.
If Rhodes pulls out of this fight he might as well quit Boxing because a win over Moore would be massive for his career as I think it's a world title eliminator.
All mind games :)

Rhodes will be there, don't worry lads.
This Press Conference was set for Tuesday.
Rhodes set his plans out to facilitate it.
At the last minute, it gets moved to Thursday.
Thursday - the same day as the Press Conference in Liverpool for the Smigga fight.
Warren is Rhodes Manager.
He can't be in two places at once.
Warren wants to be at the Press Conference with Rhodes.
It could have been rescheduled with a little more thought, but hey that's life.
Cool down guys when the next Conference is set everyone will be there.
As for Boxingchat's comments re the World Title, it's up to everyone out there to formulate their own opinion.
However discussions have been held with the WBC over a while now regarding Rhodes, and his camp is more than happy with the planned route forward.
As ever it comes down to results, and this is a major hurdle for Rhodes - but so is it for Jamie.
It's going to be a cracker.

FW employee making allogations against Catholic priests? Hmm, potentially libellous. Are these your thoughts, or your bosses, and do you care to substantiate them?

Tommy,
Please give it a rest.
Rhodes will be there.
This is a big night for both fighters.
The prize isn't just the Euro belt, its the guarantee of the WBC World Title tilt.
On what basis do you reach your conclusion ?
Because he wasn't at a Press Conference 4 weeks before the fight ?
This is also a big payday for both fighters.

Well we will see come fight night.
I for one will be surprised if this fight does take place. Check back through my posts, I knew the Small fight wouldn't happen.
I will be even more surprised if Rhodes wins... His recent 'run' has been carefully managed.

Well someone in Ryans managment teams needs their heads looking at if they're turning down a straight world title shot to fight jamie moore, for less money, in Moores backyard!
When has Jamie pulled out if not injured? The guy's lot because he's gone into fights injured.
When he was due to fight Baysangurov for the euro title he was going into the fight injured, until the Russian pulled out. His shoulder was giving him problems in training but he said that it was too big an opportunity to miss.
Both guys will turn up. Great fight ahead. Jamie wins.

Wales,
What surprises me, is the double standards.
It's a fact both fighters have withdrawn from fights for genuine reasons.
So just answer me this, why is Moore always believed, and Rhodes is not ?
Let me give you a "for instance"
The issue of Rhodes illness and withdrawal from the Small fight was adjudicated by the Board.
They looked at all of the Medical Evidence and found totally in Rhodes favour.
Why is it then that continually he is accused of walking away from the fight ?
Rhodes had a nasty chest infection leading up to the fight.
Moore had a virus leading up to the Colas fight - so to answer your post, there's one example of him pulling out not due to injury.
I have absolutely no doubts in my mind that we are dealing with two of the most genuine home grown fighters we have.
So I ask again, why the double standards ?
This is a massive opportunity for the winner - and they will both be there fight night.

Wasn't it moved because it clashed with Darren Sutherland's funeral? Strangely that seems more important and I would have thought a phonecall on Monday saying "we won't be able to make it on Thursday" would have prevented people turning up and wasting their day. Sad that someone uses a change to avoid a funeral as an excuse not to turn up.
Did allegedly really want to drive to Bolton to attend a Frank Maloney press conference? I find that hard to believe.
no shows by boxers is one of the reasons why loads of journalists don't bother turning up for press conferences to write about our sport.

I suggest you read my post again
Point 1 I make is "When has Jamie pulled out
if not injured? "
Point 2 I say "Both guys will turn up. Great fight ahead."
Point 3 find me one example in any post Ive ever written where I have questioned Ryan Rhodes for pulling out of a fight. ever.
I'll ask you 26, where are my double standards, where have I slagged Ryan off, or said he wont turn up? Ive said Jamie will win, but then you know I think that, and I know you think Ryan will win...
