I'm not saying these injuries are funny at all.

In fact its a reminder these injurys of how brutal the reality of boxing is.

Boxing is the hurt business.

To just conviently ignore that some fighters suffer brutal injuries in fights is to be in denial.

Face it - this is the reality of boxing - broken noses - cuts - blood - and knocked out teeth.

For every Floyd Mayweather who is so classy and defensively good that he never even marks up

Its easy too look at him and think boxing is a easy sport -

But for alot of boxers - their injuries are a testament to how brutal it really can be.

Billy Collins - BTW I advise every boxing fan to watch the HBO film on this...Panama Al Lewis is all that is despicable in the boxing and human world.

Didn't Earl Ling Dislocate a knee or break an ankle?
Great film "Assault in the ring". Panama Lewisn is a lowlife, plain and simple.

Jameel Mcline's did something to his knee fighting Valuev.... and Kirk Johnson did something similar in his comeback.

Bonecrusher Smiths shoulder vs Bugner in that World heavyweight classic.

What about Gary lockets eye against tsarenko.
