He also said he never got ring rust!!! He backed up every word!! Chatted to him today, he is chuffed and I'm thrilled for him!!! Future champ!!!

Spoke to Paul, he says that he was weak at the weight and had no strength or resistance! But he gave Russell full credit, really good fighter!

Hopefully they can both move on!!!
