Sticking my head in the sand until 9 am Sunday morning when I can see extended highlights of both fights on WRD German channel..
Not perfect, but means I don`t have to pay and/or sit in front of my PC at 4 in the morning.
If SKY would have done a normal PPV double header I would have bought it like a shot, but I can`t be bothered pissing about with Primetime.
How do you get the WRD channel?

This one I am really tempted to buy.
Normally I refuse PPV. Just the late fight times don`t seem to be selling it for me..
55/45 against for me at moment

I live in Norway (West Coast) but all I did was have an extra dish put up and pointed to Atra 1 (19.18 degrees east I think). It gets all the free to air German channels such as ARD (Abraham fights), RTL (Klitschko Fights) ZDF (Huck, Erdei etc), DSF, German Eurosport and WRD (which I think is part of the ARD company)
Between them there is shed loads of boxing and it`s all free.
All you need is a free to air decoder which is about £50 and a dish. Of course I now have two dishes, one for SKY and one for German stuff, but it is worth it.
If you look at the schedule link on BOXREC, you can go into the channels and see what they are showing. Plenty of action on the German channels. Valuev v Haye for example is free of charge.
I am sure it would work in the UK as well as Astra 1 is a very strong signal.
As a bonus, there are several fairly dodgy porn channels and some east european channels (Polish, hungarian etc) that also have some boxing on.
Some Italian stuff, Spanish and French. Mainly crap, but still, it`s all free.
Go for it.

Cheers, a very informative reply. Unfortunately where I live a satellite dish is not an option so I'm stuck with Virgin media.

F me once shame on you, F me twice, won't get F'd again. Plus, you need a degree in quantum mechanics to order the damned thing. No thanks, not this time.
No self-righteous comments about how I'm helping to kill boxing on TV, either. This was done by powers that be over a period of years.
Yeah, this is ridiculous, paying two seperate charges, and having to rig up something that looks like weird science to get it going - is piss poor.
If I can get my mate to pay for the stream, might watch it on that.

How long do they normally take to get back to that? I had a few issues booking the internet stream and now don't know if I've booked it once, twice or not at all! Cheers

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can't I just order this ppv through my TV like I normally do? Haven't even looked/ thought about anything else, just assumed I would order it sometime tomorrow through my TV like I usually do with box office fights.
