I will state again I want him to win it will be bloody brilliant if he does - lets hope he can upset the odds.
That's my concern - how is he going to avoid getting hit, Haye isn't really that elusive.

but valuev is slow and cumbersome.

he doesn't hit hard for his size.

haye's got the speed to get in and outb and score points.

plus valuev has never fought a puncher like haye.

he hasn't fought many punchers.

mainly cos the division is dead in terms of punchers right now.

haye's got the biggest right hand in boxing. :KO:

Hitman,

Completely agreed that David Haye bangs bloody hard and completely agreed he has speed and a very good range of punches - problem he has he gets hit and it will only take one of "Lurch's" jabs to have David in trouble in my view - you watch this fight - Lurch will stick his left hand on Hayes head to keep him away - if Haye can get out of the way of the left he needs to be quick to get his own work off before Lurch throws a right hand.

This is not going to be a technical fight at all - "Boxing Basics" are the things Lurch needs - but the only if is - can Haye's speed have Lurch hitting thin air.

If a shot Holyfield can beat him then Haye will almost certainly beat him.

He is getting good exposure which will be good for the sport but I cant see him winning this one he'll tire late and will stop moving Valuev will start to catch him and finish him late imo

Yes I agree with this.
Its going through the hype machine at the moment just because Valuev is like a monster.

At the end of the day its more of a spectacle than a big fight.
Gives Haye a slice of the pie though.
