if this fight comes off as well as brook & jennings, then i will buy the PPV...if any of the 2 fights are pulled then its a free stream for me

I was about the say the same thing. It's just talk.black panther wrote:Sounds like just name dropping to me.... I'll believe when its announced as currently they are two divisions apart (Prescott announced some time ago he'd be campaigning at Light Welter whereas surely Mitchell's best weight is superfeather?
Eastsideboxing states the oubt will most likely be at LWW! Go figure? Lolgemmell wrote:apparently mitchell vs prescott is a wbo title eliminator at lightweight
mitchell would be stupid to go to lww.think prescott will ko himRocky Balboa wrote:Eastsideboxing states the oubt will most likely be at LWW! Go figure? Lolgemmell wrote:apparently mitchell vs prescott is a wbo title eliminator at lightweight
he was injured for like a year tho. he was a very good sfw but lww is just stupidleforge wrote:Is Mitchell really into boxing his career has gone nowhere since Johansson fight! Prescott ko him in 4 rounds!
It was a nicer way of saying keeping him. If Mitchell couldn't make weight then what difference does it make if Warren could've gotten Martinez over or not?gemmell wrote:continuing to invest in mitchell's development.since when? if he really wanted to wazza could have got martinez over here for big money. it's clear mitchell can't make weight thocharlieb wrote:![]()
Christ. What's Warren thinking?
It's already been proven that Prescott can be outboxed but he's still all kinds of 'wrong' for someone like Mitchell.
I guess there's 3 possible reasons for it, the first might be to test the water for a Khan rematch, the second might be that it's simply time for Mitchell to sh*t or get off the pot in terms of continuing to invest in his development and the third could be to sway those with doubts about paying £15 to watch Khan take on one of the most underwhelming and protected fighters in the game... it's the difference between me buying the PPV and catching a free stream.
I agree it's not a poor show.Khan Tickets wrote:leforge wrote:Will Burns fight on bill still? This December bill looks poor so far!
how can you say this bill looks poor so far?
Khan/salita
brook/jennings
mitchell/prescott
burns in a commonwealth super-feather title fight
simpson/bell
plus degale, gavin and saunders
dont think many would agree with you that this is a poor show
yeh i have heard that rumour.hopefully it's true! he is ready for it!diggler wrote:i heard bellew might be on the card possibly for the commonwealth
Its going to happen at lightweight, Prescott has agreed and isn't going to take the Light Welter fight from what I understand.exittored wrote:Mitchell would get blasted if this fight was at Light welter where Prescott's next fight is taking place and no way is it going to take place at Super feather so doubt its going to happen.
Mitchell feels alot stronger at lightweight and he can practice his boxing skills more now in training instead of using his sessions to lose weight which he has been doing for sometime.El Raincoat wrote:Surprised Warren is going this way. I presume Mitchell either can't make 130 anymore or Warren can't get him a shot at Martinez which is ridiculous as he's his mandatory.
Prescott is not taking the fight on the 28th Nov and has agreed to fight Mitchell at Lightweight on 5th Dec.Deno1986 wrote:Prescott is fighting in Russia on the 28th of November for some crappy WBO LWW belt so this fight wont be on the 5th December..
