It doesn't matter that it is specifically his 12th fight, it's just a fight between 10-15.

McCline wasn't considered the big deal when he started his career, he was 2-2-1 at at a time. He shouldn't be in there

I consider Kopilov and Everett Martin at least in the same level of class as McinTyre.
The only comparable fighter is Davaryll Williamson, because of his age.
None of the fighters you mentioned had such an amateur success as Audley. Williamson would take huge steps up in the next following fights. I hope Audley does the same thing

NOTE: I'm in no way picking on Audley's capabilities, i'm picking on his level of opponents.

Audley ruined himself by opening his mouth and saying things he couldnt possibly achieve in the time he said!!

Give him his due though Marcus Mcintyre is crap but Wlad Klitschko fought him in his 16th fight and Cedric Boswell fought him in his 11th i think so he is an ok opponent, although Audley really needs to start stepping it up if he is to ever make an impact on the Heavyweight division!!

I personally think Audleys standard of opponent is OK for where he is in his career, but I can see I will not change your view (as you will not change mind), so we will have to agree to disagree :D

I hope (and think) Audley will fight McIntyre then 2 people such as Kevin McBride (or slightly better), to fulfil his ESPN contract and promote himself in the Grande Olde U.S.of A, then he should return to blighty and take on Julius Francis or Keith Long before progressing onto the big boys i.e. Michael Sprott, Herbie Hide and Danny Williams. Whoever comes out on top of these 4 will go down as British Boxing legend.

Audley is fighting Quinn Navarre on Sept 9th. fightnews.com

Marcus McIntyre seems to have been a red-herring, although Quinn seems to be at a similar level to Marcus
