Totally agree, Pacquiao is a phenomenon, and Roach is an incredible asset - but Floyd is no slouch.

agreed I just think Pac is peaking now, Im not so sure Floyd has met anyone as tough as Pac for some considerable time and if he thinks he can just dance, cover up and pot shot, he will be in for a surprise.

Yes Floyd's not faced anyone in their prime who could bring pressure and strength to bear since he fought Castillo - and those were hard fights.
I think Floyd is better now in terms of overall technique than he was then, but wonder if the fire is in his belly any more - he seems to be content to pick and poke and do just enough to win.
It's possible that Pacman could outpoint him with greater workrate.
I'm tired of backing against Pacman, because I keep looking like a fool, but Floyd is a class above anyone bar perhaps Barrera and Morales, both of whom were a little past their sell by date, than anyone Pacman has faced.
I have to make Floyd a favourite, but it's closer now than I would have said before that Cotto fight.

yup nice synopsis mate hard to disagree, just think momentum with pac ....its a tight fight but i think that Pac may need to stop floyd to win hence the stoppage prediction.
Just had to set one of my mates straight who is going a bit overboard with pac top two of all time....

Well I guess people who ain't seen the records of the likes or Robinson, Armstrong, Leonard, Duran, etc might leap to that conclusion.
Pacman is on a hell of a run, no doubt, but he's got to go some to match the achievements of those men.
