Not really. Are you watching the fight with the sound off. They were trading on equal terms.
Wrong choice of phrase mate, sorry, certainly growing in confidence, certainly getting more into the fight.

You would think that Prescott would be able to cut the ring off.

Apparantly not.

Round Six

Not much going on first minute, just trading jabs. Prescott not as active anymore, Mitchell not doing anything either though. Mitchell with a right, Prescott with some body shots. Prescott drives Mitchell back to ropes. Mitchell drives Prescott back and theows some shots. Mitchell might have stolen the round by getting Prescott against the ropes at the end

58-57 Prescott

How does Jim Watt score fights? 4-1-1 to Mitchell.

He got Haye completely wrong.

Round Seven

They exchange blows but neither appears to land. Prescott missing with his looping shots while Mitchell is slightly more accurate but less busy, although he has been picking it up. Mitchell lands a very nice left hook. Prescott looking like a limited slugger and momentum is defiantly Mitchell’s way. Prescott wants Mitchell to stop moving

67-67

He's quite slow afoot, not unlike a young Gerorge Foreman.

Can't cut the ring down at all.

Round Eight

Mitchell the first one to spring an attack in the eighth in the form of a three punch combo. Prescott looking slow and lumbering. Prescott throws some body shots and an overhand right. Difference now is that Mitchell is responding with his own attacks. Mitchell goes to the body of Prescott. They trade shots with Mitchells back on the ropes. Mitchell comes forward now and Prescott on ropes.

77-76 Mitchell

Looking at Prescott's build you would think that someone should have taught him to fight tall ala Lennox Lewis.

I have to say though watching this is quite depressing.

Remember the great PPV's like Judgement Night etc etc.. loads of great matchups.

Give me McCresh Vs Lueshing any day over this guff!!

Round Nine

Prescott is constantly pushing his trunks down, not sure why. Prescott stalking while Mitchell plays the matador and evades his wild attacks. They exchange jabs, Prescott with a single, Mitchell with a double. Prescott lands some good shots that would have knocked Khan senseless and Mitchell doesn’t flinch.Mitchell catches Prescott with a nice left and Prescott looks likes hes breating hard.

These are competitive rounds, but I feel as if Mitchell is doing enough.

87-85 Mitchell

Thats my point it is boring, unless Kahn fights out of character then it could get worse.

Nigel Benn where art thou??

Prescott should get a big shot in his next few fights. Afterall, that's what happened to the loser last time he fought over here. I think he got his tactics spot on trying to lose this. No point him winning, he gets left out in the cold. :TU:
