It's the Nevade State Athletic Commission who have filed the complaint against Chevez fot taking Furosimide - known commonly as Lasix.
Chevez has admitted taking ther banned substance.
I think it's highly unlikely to be brushed aside - but whether the punishment fits the crime we'll have to see.
The substance he's taken indicates a problem making Middleweight ! That's weird because at one stage he was talking about dropping to Welterweight.
Having said that, the substance is on the banned list as it has been used in the past as a "masking agent".
