For me it's that one because I was actually old enough to see it live. I don't know what was more depressing, seeing Tito totally unable to hurt Oscar and getting outboxed, or seeing Oscar run for the entire second half of the fight.

I would also say that Floyd against Oscar was a big letdown. Not because of the split decision (in my eye it was a clear UD for Floyd) but because he didn't even try to give some show... he conceded some early rounds and just let Oscar slowly lose the fight like it happened many times in his career. Even when he was clearly ahead in term of momentum Floyd never tried anything for the fans.

Refer the Fenech thread. The Nelson II fight. The almost total silence of 30,000 spectators in the crowd was deafening. Boxing in this country died a bit after the loss. Tszyu was just starting his pro career at the time so our biggest and only boxing superstar was Fenech
