I see your point, he hasn't even completed a round yet, still the unknown is the unknown and nothing can be gathered from that to form an opinion to say he can't go the distance..

Edwards hits harder than Sio, i think if they both traded Solo gets cleaned, if Solo fights well on the backfoot like he did against Kirby, then we have an interesting fight.

A kickboxer who basically just uses Boxing.....Hmmm doesn't make sense.
iv never seen anyone jump on a bandwagon this quick...hes had 2 fights mate.
Have you seen him fight? Plenty of people jump the gun on fighters i don't just post here mate ;;-) .

Ok, why do i think he's a world beater already, because no one in the heavy division hits with the intent to kill, this bloke trys to drive his fist into the back of his opponents head. He's relentless in both forms of the sport and what a game face he has before entering the ring.

Scary, scary man.....hey.. just my Opinion.
what the fcuk?!...

u think someone is a world beater after having 2 fights? are u fcuking serious?...he knocked out hopoate and some other dude who has been knocked out 16 times from 24 losses!...

thats gotta be the funniest thing ive read on this forum

Solo will not do the same mistake twice, this will not be an interesting fight, Solo would knock him out before or after he gasses out imho...

Umm...... weren't you the guy who thought Katsidis vs Mundine was a good idea :o

And you did think Froch beat Dirrell......now thats the funniest shit i've fcuking read here.

Could be a world beater, yes, didn't mean to say he is currently.

So, i take it you think he can't fight?

well it probably is a dumb idea of katsidis, but im sick of the mundine circus act so id be happy to watch him fight anyone whose got a decent resume.

as for froch, last time i checked he still is unbeaten..may be if andre engaged more and fought more like a challenger and took the fight to froch it may have been a different outcome.

and i never said i didnt think edwards couldnt fight...from what ive seen of him which is less than 2 rounds he seems okay, but that is no where near enough to start calling him a world beater. that would make me a goose :TU:

have a look at edwards v slowinski on youtube. the one where he loses.

There will be guy by the name of Leamy Tato fighting in New Zealand in March.... him against Edwards would be a truly entertaining affair. Furthermore we might not require judges decisions with a sure as hell KO looming.

Edwards has 4 inches height and about 6 inches reach advantage over Tato and the bloke Tato beat, Naqasima, is not even as good as the second bloke Edwards beat. It was his second fight and second loss.

yes indeed-- facts which are true, Tato has only had a single bout, largely untested but like Edwards is a kick boxer who turned to pro boxing...albeit (very late) later in his career. He is no donkey with his hands and ring nous, just ask Steve McKinnon. Neither Tato nor Edwards will die wondering. Far better than watching Hoppa and Mirovich....

Until we see Edwards have a decent boxing bout(one in which we can see him actually box, and not just brawl) we may never know, the fights he had so far are not enough to judge, Kickboxing bouts does not show anything in boxing, Edwards tends to lose to Kickboxers that out Kick him
