Super there's only person he won unopposed...
Yeah, I heard there aren't a lot of boxers there. No one from NY. Not a lot from DC. Great opportunity for those who are thought to win and get some good international experience. You didn't go either?
Hasim Jr is one of the many boxers who were too old for this tournament. I know he was born before '92 and for this U-19 the boxers had to be born in 1992 or 1993.

They said you had to be born '92 or '93..
But I don't understand that because it's U-19 and I'm still 18 and will still be 18 even after the world Championships..

It doesn't make sense, but that was AIBA's decision for the age cutoff for the 2010 Youth Worlds and 2010 Youth Olympics which they then pass down to USA Boxing.

Hasim - would you like to box Jordan tomorrow near Lansing? His opponent's coach isn't returning the calls of the show host and so we don't think he is going to appear. If you want it, it's yours whether the guy shows up or not due to his lack of responsiveness. Plus you would be a much tougher opponent.

I talked to Hasim, he is in Florida so that's a no go. It would have been fun and a good bout. Jordan is planning on weighing in heavy at 202 just so he can box a super-heavy if one will step-up and box him.
