Nothing miserable about it, the guy dont own the copyright, simple, Frank owns the copyright to his shows, I cannot put up clips of any shows without permission from any promoters that I film for,
I know this stuff goes on where people put clips up, I do enjoy watching them from all round the world, but if whoever owns the rights to them, and does not want them up, nothing you can do about it.

Exactly, there's a delicate balance to be had here, from putting in copyright claims and being a bit pedantic about it, or letting it roll and letting it go bigger and let tons and tons of people see it = GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Sometimes I duno, the boxing promoters just don;t seem to see what the internet is all about and how they can use it properly.

Frank will put it up when he wants, he owns the rights, no point in moaning, it will be the same if you bought a dvd and someone copied it and gave it away for free, whilst you had paid, how would you feel then??
and the thing with youtube, it asks you if your the copyright holder when you upload clips, and obviously these guys dont!!, when you own something like that,you will understand, just because you dont like it, does not mean that frank is a miserable git, but then you dont know him,

maloney takes the pi$$, he apologises for a poor showing on his last show which was appaling.i'd be suprised people would attend his shows other then they no a fighter personally because he's been flogging dead horse's. & he get's a good ko where an exciting bit of footage is made & he wants to hold it back for a few quid this video being pumped around will do his promotions more good then harm.

Maloney did have it up on his YouTube account, but for some reason took it down. I can understand him wanting it on his own account as then he can see the demographics watching it and better understand his audience, and also because people often click through to the channel that hosts the video.
