Barker's handlers should try to arrange it, yes. Barker needs to keep busy. Wayne needs the gig and is desparate to make one last stand at tthe British title. It's a nice compromise between a name and a winnable fight for Barker and I think he needs a little step up in levels before going where eh is supposed to be heading, class-wise.

barker is one of my favourite fighters..but i wish he would leave hennessey.can't he see that mick is holding him back?? it took mick 5 years to get him a british title fight. so how long will it be before he gets him a world title?

be fair to Hennessy mate- Barker was NO WAY ready for a British title shot 5 years ago.

Hope he fights soon! Cant wait to see him in action again. They should do a middle weight super six next year with Barker in it!!! That would be interesting.
