Gavin is quality but is in a tough division, I see the heavies as weak and base my presumption on that, myabe skilled was the wrong word to use

Do you actually believe Luke Fury will be HW champion of the world? Haye is a HW Champion and the Klitchko's have a look how they looked when they were on the rise.

Fury is good but he isnt on Gavin's or Groves' level imo. They put there punches together better and are more fluid. Fury still has a lot to learn you would never see any of the above getting hit with as many clean shots as Fury did against McDermott

He may never be world class but will still be a world champ in 2/3 years time, maybe it says more about modern heavies.

Whilst Gavin and Groves may be more skillful, they are in tougher divisions,

That is a good point Steve, but I still cant see Fury being a world champion, whilst Groves and Gavin are in harder divisions I honestly beleive they are skillful enough to win titles in their respective divisions

I think they will be world champs but it will be tough, Look at Groves at SMweight, There are the guys in the super 6 and more past that, more will be known on groves after dilks which is a tough fight

If Haye is the real thing, once him and Vitali go there are 4 main titles and Wlad is certainly beatable

So you have Tyson Fury jumping form contentious descision to john mcdermott to beating the likes of Povetkin, Wladamir, Arreola, Sam Peter, Dimitrenko, Chambers, Boystov even Pulev - who could all quite possibly be around for another 10 years, thats without any other prospects we dont know about coming through. Fury is big, tough and game and who knows how he'll improve - but the best prospect we have. No chance.

I will make my decision after I see George Groves face Carl Dilks because if he looks impressive than I think we have a serious prospect on our hands.

I've said ever since I saw George Groves that I'm a fan, but I really want to see some defensive improvements over the next few fights. He's very talented, but I worry that he leaves himself too open.

You saw his fight with Camarelle - a fighter with good handspeed and movement will beat Price - thats the blueprint for beating him - also I remember Price getting dropped HEAVILY against a real raw novice from Zimbabwe who won the Welsh ABA super heavyweight title in the four nations - I forget the lads name but the guy hadn't had 10 bouts and he nearly knocked Price out.

I've only been a hardcore boxing fan for a few years, so I'll bow down to your experience. You've got to consider, though, how many heavyweight boxers there are with good handspeed, movement and power (you didn't mention power, but you won't knock someone out without it). I don't know how far Price will go, but I do think he'll get a title of some sort (English and/or above). I think Price has more potential than Fury and is a much better boxer. Fury, imo, has already lost in his first attempt to win the English title.
