I think the belt should be for boxers with 7 fights or less and has to be vacated after the fighters third defense. Also should be called the IBA Belt to recognise one of the major sanctioning bodies in boxing.

I believe the IBO or the WBF are also recognised as having their own rankings as well.

but the IBA is/was so shit it actually allowed for fighters under 10 fights to fight for their belts

Neither are the bodies I mentioned (WBF or IBO).
Hell, there are some people who think that there are a "big 3" - and they exclude the WBO from the "Big 4".
Personally I include thw WBO in the 4.
