Yes,but he boxed under Slugger O'Toole for most of his career

Meager v Hunt was a terrible decision. And Graham Earl v the Argie he beat prior to getting the shot at Katsidis.

The thread says controversial decisions,mate,and that was definately controversial

froch won , no doubt in my mind , i was there and i was surprised when it was announced as a split decision , but this has been argued to death . one thing i will say though is that when i re watched it on tv i only had froch by one so a couple of rounds closer.

That was his real name, which TBF, he didn't reallly start to use until towards the end of his career.

When he 'lost' to Wharton, it was as Slugger O'Toole.

When he lost to Wharton,it was Castro Smith.As for the verdict,much like Froch-Dirrell,at ringside there was no real suprise at the verdict.Even Harry Mullan only scored for Smith by 1/2 point.Personally,i thought Henry lost but when i watched the recording Harry Carpenter and Frank Bruno did him no favours
