the london marathon is only 12 days away
and i would thank everyone that have very kindly sponsered me already.

and i now asking all the other boxing people and fans on this forum to help me to get to my target for this great charity
that i am trying to raise money for...

the training that i have been doing for this marathon has been pretty tough but not as tough as me asking for sponsers for a very good cause.

thanks for looking and if you can spare a couple of pounds and i dont mean weight :DD

hello everyone woke up this morning with alot of aches and pains but itis worth it lol.
what a great turn out the london marathon had this year, the best so far.
as i am very pleased with my time just under 3 hours.

thanks very for your support, sponserships before the race and support around the course.
it was a great day for running. and my heart gos out to the runners that were really struggling, well done to all of them.

i was amazed to see a runner cross the line on the news in 3-11 yesterday, fully Buzz Light Yeared up........he must have lost a stone ....unbelievable Jeff!

yes what a great effort from this great runner, to do the marathon in 3.22 is a great acheivement alone
but do it as a Cystic fibrosis sufferer, its fantastic. i hope he dose get to his target good luck to him.
