I used to get into 2-3 unsanctioned fights every weekend in my youth. :oops:

Thanks for clarifying. Yes that would make it illegal.
What some don't realize it was illegal activity. Had police been called during or after the fights, they would've taken them away, interviewed them & in time would be facing court, except for Thai, who'd spend the weekend in watchhouse to face the magistrate on Monday morning.
Luckily, the Authority didn't go to that extreme.

they didnt carry on with it because they were in the wrong not the boxers

yes overall it's a "good" result. No one got taken away and hopefully won't face prosecution. take the fight result documented as unsanctioned and move on.

It's unfortunate some had shite start to pro career, but such is life in wonderful, wonderful, wonderful world of professional boxing.
