You should make use of the quote button so we know who you're addressing. Your post came directly under mine but doesn't seem to be related to what I said.

How does Audley justify a fight for the VACANT title. This was supposed to be a voluntary defence for Sosnowski.
Vidoz???? Will they drag him out of the umpteenth retirement for another shot?
Matchroom won bids that why audley will still fight for title. I reckon that put proska on the bill also barker is fighting on it too.

lets hope its the right opp for aud
i wasnt too excited about Sosnowski because the styles would have made a dull fight
i think if Sexton is in the frame both could be still in line for much greater honours...

I can if Team Klitschko made the same sort of demands they did with Haye.

The crowd will diminish big time as most of those going would have been Polish, can't see too many turning out for Audley unless it's a decent under card

Barker on undercard. They can get Proska the other Polish fighter on the bill. The tickets are not exactly expensive,

It surely can't be Vidoz, he has lost in his last 5 European title fights.

is there anyway Pulev could end up with the shot?
Helenius or Gerber?

i wouldnt be surprised if vidoz loser of his last fight does get the call,i no longer have any good feelings regarding the EBU after giving scott lawton the shot at their title.
vitali probably would carry sosnowski to another mind numbing 12 rounds.
as for aud without being too personal i dont think he has any hope of beating anyone who has heart and desire and is prepared to hit him back. H e ll be an extremely fortunate man to get the now negative vidoz

Good luck to Sosnowski. I dont give him much of a chance though, Vitali is just different class. Shame Audley has fallen through I would like to see him in with Ustinov now

Beat a hand-picked opponent to pick up the Euro belt and get himself into the world top 15 for the alphabet boys then lose to Haye in the summer at some football stadium and get about £3 million quid for doing so.
wunderbar!
A hand-picked opponent? Sosnowski was the most beatable European champ of recent memory. Unless Paolo Vidoz gets ANOTHER shot, the replacement will likely be a harder fight for Audley.

Bids don't come into it for voluntary defences. As it happens, Matchroom promotes both Sosnowski and Harrison, so they will have reached an agreement between themselves. I'm sure Sosnowski is happy to vacate in return for a world shot. Whether Audley deserves a vacant shot is another matter, but I'm sure the EBU will be happy to take a sanctioning fee for now, given it's such short notice to put together a higher-ranked vacant title fight. And, after all, Harrison's no worse than Vidoz, is he, who contested the last vacant EBU title fight.

That would make decent TV too??
Chisora for Euro belt against Audley as his next fight? What planet do you have to be on to think Chisora deserves a shot at the Euro, he has never even been in a title fight! LOL!
If anyone in our domestic scene deserves it right now it's Sexton.
Chisora needs to be mixing with the likes of McDermott/Fury and get at least the Southern area, English or British before Euro is offered to him.

Nah don't be ridiculous! For the European title? Pffff your having a laugh.
If Dimitrenko's people allow him to take a fight on someone elses show I'd be amazed.
Matchroom have said words to the effect of 'if Dimitrenko turns it down then we will go down the rankings list and offer it to them until we get someone who takes it.' The EBU ratings currently are as follows
Mandatory - Dimitrenko
1. Povetkin
2. Valuev
3. Adamek
4. Pianetta
5. Sexton
6. Bakhtov
7. Rogan
8. Sprott
Ill stop there as I think if Sprtott gets offered it he will take it. Id be amazed if the first 3 take as they are in the World title mix. Pianetta is a possibility but again he is Germany based and those guys dont like travelling. Sexton belongs to Warren, nuff said. And 6,7,8 I think may all go for it, Bakhtov is in training for a fight at the mo so he could take it, Rogan probably wont get many better offers at the mo and Sprott would certainly go for it I think.

Oh and just for the record Tyson Fury and Chisora are not ranked by the EBU so it's not a case of wont happen and more a case of can't happen.

I can't see it being anyone but Sexton.
Why is Vitali fighting Sosnowski anyway? Talk about an easy pay day!

Like I said earlier I doubt he will get many better offers (dunno what the money would be but European title shots don't come around every day.)
It will be very interesting to see if Mr Warren lays into the fight if it does end up being someone ranked below Sexton tho as if it is then clearly it means Sexton's team have turned the fight down. As has doubtless been mentioned before tho I cant in a billion years see Sexton's team allowing him to fight for the European, Commonwealth (and lets not count out the possibility of the Vacant British title being on the line too for that one) titles on someone elses bill.
My realistic picks out of the top 10 EBU are, Dimitrenko, Pianetta, Bakhtov, Rogan, Sprott.

Harrison got a good chance against those 5 above!

Fury v Harrison - surely having the english heavyweight belt makes him a half realistic challenger for a european title shot even though he isnt in the EBU rankings.
