I think Solis is to big a risk for not a big reward at the moment he is still somewhat unheard of and would cause Haye some massive problems

In the ringside interview on Sky, Haye slagged of Chagaev and Arreola as being "Fat" and not athletic like himself. For him to say this, it seems he has them both in mind for a voluntary defence.

If Arreola beats Adamek, he could be next in line; as it would be a good measuring stick-Vitali having already beaten him-for Haye to impress Stateside and beat Arreola in quicker fashion than the big man from the Ukraine. Chagaev and Adamek being the logical alternatives.

I wan't him to face Hopkins and finally get rid of the ol' head.

I think Chagaev, Arreola-Adamek winner or Harrison and Valuev are in play.

It's sad to say, but other than Harrison and the Klits, none of the the guys mentioned will be known outside the hardcore. Chagaev could be any one of a number of faceless russians while most people would even struggle to distinguish wlad and vitali from each other.

The "problem" Haye has is that he may feel he wants/needs to crack america, but without a viable american challenger, there will simply be no interest. All of the so-called top americans have tried (in the loosest sense) and failed against the Klits, so Haye has fewer options for a challenger worthy of a shot.

Eg, Arreola is probably the american heavyweight with the highest profile, but that match up would be tainted by accusations that Haye is simply feeding on Vitali's leftovers. The likes of Johnson, Thompson and Chambers have all been shown to be sub-standard (and probably no better opponents than Sosnowski or, indeed, Audley).

For my mind Solis or Adamek would be good next steps; alternatively lets see him risk it all against David Tua!! Guaranteed not to be a long night!
if it didnt go twelve,it wouldnt be Tua getting counted out
Don't be so sure, this man went 12 rounds with Lennox Lewis.

It's all foresight really. I can't see Audley getting past Sprott. So we'll have to wait and see, before people start talking about Audley Vs Haye

Audley will get past Sprott all right.Sprott has become a journeyman/gatekeeper type.He is fighting for the European title when most of the half decent Heavyweights in Germany have recently beat him!He is a late stand in,no more, and a chance for the great man to start saying how he avenged his defeat. He will be going on like Sugar Ray Robinson in the post fight interview,"nobody ever beat me twice"!

Haye-Harrison would be like this generation's Bruno-Bugner (although Joe was 10 times the fighter Harrison is in his prime). Bit of a circus/novelty type event.

Haye marks time making a few bob with a spectacular tree-felling lumberjack highlight reel of a win.

The Sun would hype it, it's proper white van driver fare this fight, loads of nasty soundbites from both protagonists. I really would not be surprised to see it happen.

It maybe watched in england but would the yanks be bothered with it, and lets face it its them that make the fights lucrative, thats why the UK v US fights are always so big.

Would like to see Haye against the likes of: Klitschko's, Chagaev, Solis, Peter, Arreolla,Tua etc. Haye has the ability to knockout all these guys (barring Vitali imo) but his flaws also make it a possibility that they catch him with something and stop him. I like that unpredictability.

He will have to fight either Chagaev or Meehan in the next year and a bit. I also heard he was obliged to give Valuev a rematch, but I hope to hell that is not the case. If it is I think Haye would probably improve on his performance.

You could well be right there, Harrison has all ready started the chitter chat with his "I know people are talking about me and David fighting at wembly" and "No disrespect but people arn't talking about David, i want a Klitscho" yadder yadder yadder blah blah. I personaly would not pay for it, i want more than 3 minutes for a £15 PPV, but Joe Bloggs could well be taken in by the Hype.

Haye does not need Arreola or Adamek.. He should get bioth Klits and then retire. £30M richer.
