It's often terrible mate in loads of respects. I've seen some right bunfights (and actual ones) after a big fight has concluded. Haye v Valuev in Germany being my most recent. Clowns climbing all over the fecking place.
Ah- that shatters my last fantasy then! I've always assumed that the people paying the "big money" at ringside could guarantee being well looked after.
